TIP: Note in your bio there is a limit of 850 characters so use this opportunity to sell yourself or your business. We receive 1000’s of customer searches daily and their 1st impression is generally their last, so it is imperative you create the best profile about you as possible because it will reflect your business, and help to attract new clients.
As a host, what type of photo should I upload to my profile panel?
The choice is yours, you may wish to use either an image of yourself or your logo as your profile panel picture. When choosing an image for your profile we recommend you use an eye-catching, high resolution photo – this can help create a professional profile that encourages people to book with you.
What size image will fibodo except for my profile?

Can I edit my photos? Increase or decrease size or resolution?

You can turn to the right or left 90 degrees clockwise / anti clockwise
Turn upside down 180 degrees
Flip vertically mirror top to bottom

How do I upload my photo to my profile panel?
To upload to your profile panel:
- Go into the ‘My Profile’ tab
- Click on the pencil icon next to your profile panel. You can then choose an image to upload.

Do I have to enter membership and qualifications?
We recommend you do so as it will help to gain more trust and credibility with new or potential clients.
Why do I need to enter my social media accounts?
This will link your host profile directly to your social media pages when customers view your profile page. Make sure your add the full web link address including www. Not just for example @fibodo
What is Custom URL?
This stands for Uniform Resource Locator this is your personal link to identify your profile which can be added to any social media channel to receive bookings. When you create one it should be related to you or your business and have no spaces.
Can I change my profile URL if I want to?
Yes, this is easy to do. In your ‘My Profile’ tab go to the ‘Custom URL’ option. You can then type a new profile URL. Remember to update your social media profiles to include the new URL so that people can book you directly.
Do I need to include DBS and/or insurance information?
If you are DBS checked and/or insured we recommend including this as if can boost your creditability with clients. Simply go to the ‘My Profile’ tab and tick the relevant boxes then insert the appropriate numbers. Your clients will then see your DBS and/or insurance information on your fibodo profile.
