App – Managing Bookings from the desktop
Go to your Planner by clicking the tab on your side menu
Review availability and bookings in the Month view.
Where the date is in a blocked out orange circle, bookings have been made, where the date is in a white circle with a red outline, you have indicated availability or scheduled classes and where it is greyed out bookings have been made.
Press on date to review the bookings
Press on the booking slot for a list of options
Adding social URLs
Go to Marketing
Scroll to the bottom, add URLs
Your social pages will now be accessible via the app
App – Sharing on Social
Share your profile by scrolling down the bottom of your profile page
To share sessions, go to your planner and select a date
Tap on the session you want to share to view a list of options

1. Get your clients to use the app
Invite your existing network of clients to book you via your new personalised app – this will eliminate the need for texts and emails regards bookings!
Remind yourself how by visiting the section within this guide called “Client Management”
2. Generate new bookings via online referrals
A recommendation from a trusted friend, family member or colleague is the single most powerful way to generate new business (also known as a referral)
Ask your clients to share your services online and reach hundreds of people instantly! With fibodo, you clients receive multiple prompts on both desktop and app when they book with you – ask them to share as often as they can to generate referral bookings from their networks!
Here are some examples of where they are prompted:
a) DESKTOP: as soon as they book b)

3. Attract new clients via Social Media
Share your services with an offer attached (e.g. 20% off January only!!) to attract new clients or incentivise old clients to get back in touch – be proactive on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and via email
4. Generate bookings via social media business pages
Create a “BOOK NOW” button by connecting your fibodo account to your Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter
Adding a “BOOK NOW” button removes the need for back and forth messaging – meaning your new clients can be inspired and book you instantly!

5. Get 5*Star Ratings and Reviews
Build your Trustpilot ratings and reviews to give new and existing clients confidence that you are the best at what you do!
(TIP: When you reach 22 five star ratings, you will appear on page 1 of Google)
